Did not load driver isatap adapter

That must be installed first along with chipset or the other drivers do not load properly. That software might be listed under Utilities or Software in the driver list. When in device manager, it shows that the Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #4 is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers. Uninstall ALL of the VMXNet3 network adapters (there will likely be several; also do not delete drivers). Uninstall any unknown devices. Leave the other network.
